Sarah began her journey into spiritual wellness about 4 years ago, immersing herself in different healing modalities. Reiki always stood out and quickly became a favourite therapy. She is a certified Holy Fire III Reiki Practitioner and uses her energetic gifts along with the power of Reiki to give a full bodied healing experience. Sarah is also currently a student of Reflexology and looks forward to sharing the hands-on benefits that it has to offer. She is passionate about preventative care for her clients, something that both Reiki and Reflexology aid in.
