FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
If this is your first treatment, be sure that you have submitted your health history and consent forms through our booking website.
Please show up 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Try to avoid eating directly before your massage.
To prepare yourself for the best results be sure to drink lots of water and give yourself lots of time to avoid feeling rushed during your treatment.
WILL I BE SORE AFTER MY TREATMENT?
Some clients may experience soreness within 24 hours of receiving a massage. This is caused by the manipulation of soft tissues to release pain and tension.
To prevent this be sure to drink lots of water before and after your treatment. Going for a walk or stretching after a treatment may also help to reduce soreness.
WHAT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS SHOULD I EXPECT?
You will be required to sanitize your hands upon arrival and on your way out.
You will be required to wear a mask in the facility at all times, including during treatment.
You will be need to answer the pre-screening questions and have your temperature taken upon arrival.
Please do not come into the office if you are experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID-19
WILL I HAVE THE SAME THERAPIST FOR EACH SESSION?
This is at the discretion of the client. You can certainly continue to book with the same therapist for each appointment based on their availability.
Some clients may choose to go with another therapist as it may allow them to get an appointment at a sooner date.
CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Due to the demand for appointments it would be greatly appreciated if 24 hours notice be given for cancelled appointments. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please do so by Thursday at 1pm. This gives us enough time to rebook the that appointment time. In the event of a missed appointment you will be charged the full price of the session.
If you are late you will receive a treatment for the remaining time of the treatment and charged for the full price of the treatment booked.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate, the same will apply.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TREATMENT?
We accept debit and credit cards, cash, cheques and etransfers at the office.
DO YOU DO DIRECT BILLING?
We do not do direct billing at this time.
