Amanda has been a practicing RMT since 2012 after graduating from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program. Amanda works with people in all stages of life and has extensive experience from her work as a doula supporting women throughout pregnancy, labour, the birth process and lactation. She has also expanded her education and practice to include infant massage, therapeutic exercise for children, and massage for children with neurodiversities. She is well equipped to help with many of the issues that arise from pregnancy to childhood which makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Additionally, Amanda has augmented her practice by acquiring training in indirect, non-invasive cranial sacral techniques. This adds another tool to her approach that can help with chronic pain, stress management, mood & anxiety focused treatments,tension headaches and concussion for all patients. Amanda is dedicated to providing the best care possible, with an evidence-based integrated approach. Amanda's compassion, humility & flexibility allow her to approach each case on an individual basis.
